These Terms of Service govern your use of this AI-powered meal planning application. The app is hosted on Vercel and uses Supabase for authentication and database, including Google sign-in via Supabase. Payments (if enabled) are handled via Stripe.

Accounts

• You must use a valid account to access protected features.
• Authentication is provided by Supabase. Google OAuth is available via Supabase.

Use of the Service

• The app generates meal plans and related content using OpenAI.
• Generated outputs are for informational purposes and do not constitute medical advice.
• You are responsible for verifying that recipes and ingredients meet your dietary needs and any allergies.

Content and Storage

• Saved preferences and generated content are stored in a PostgreSQL database via Prisma.
• We maintain a token balance on your account to manage feature access.

Payments

• If payments are enabled, Stripe processes transactions. We use Stripe webhooks to adjust token balances.
• Pricing and availability may change. Refunds, if any, are handled as configured in the app.

Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse the service or attempt to disrupt its operation.
• Do not upload unlawful content or violate third-party rights.

Termination

• We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
• You may stop using the service at any time.

Disclaimers

• The service is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties.
• We do not guarantee accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose of generated content.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version here. Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
